Introduction

The Town of Leesburg provides police, water and sewer, recreation, parks, street maintenance, planning, and other services funded through Town taxes.

These services benefit residents and save Loudoun County from having to provide or fully fund comparable operations within the Town.

Supporting Leesburg is not about giving Town residents special treatment. It is about recognizing the county taxes they already pay and making sure county investment fairly reflects the services the Town provides.
